HCMC - TRANSPORT MANAGER

• Be member of Logistics Vietnam Export team
• Manage business of 17,000 TEU volume per year.

• Design Transport, Logistics & Customs solution according to the production orders planification & needs.
• Ensure the On-Time departure of the goods thanks to a solid Shipment planning and clear operation follow up.
• Define with the destination warehouses the best cargo loading plan and optimize the General Terms of Delivery Process.
• Provide the shipment visibility to my customers via the track & trace systems.
• Be the link between Supplier and Customs zones to guarantee the reliability of the committed Lead Time.
• Assess the vendor activity in all the transport, logistics and custom topics.

• Guarantee the Economic part of my Area by a Container Type piloting needs and a control on the stuffing Rate, reducing the cost/CBM and insuring the payment term for air shipment.
• Monitor the activity of my Business Partners and organize quality Management review of their activity (Carrier, Forwarder, Supply chain solution Provider) and optimize their service in coordination with destination.
• Guarantee the transport space protection by an efficient Piloting and Follow-up activity

• Propose the best International Transport Scenario thinking Global Cost and validate & prepare the operational back-up solutions.
• Negotiate the best rates & challenge the costs of my Local partners.
• Promote the local autonomy of all concerned actors in transport through a collaborative action
• Set up the operations process of new flows (destination, products…).

• Be responsible, vital, generous and authentic

• Have at least 6 years experience in Supply Chain and Logistics field
• Having experience in International Transport (in Carrier, Forwarder, Control Tower or Supplier) is an advance
• Having bachelor/master degree in Supply Chain and Logistics is an advance
• Effective verbal and written skill in both Vietnamese and English
• Proficient at Data processing and analyzing
• Understanding of local geographical area and route option
