KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Receive, review, and process customer orders accurately and efficiently
  • Monitor the status of orders and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure timely fulfillment and delivery.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records, monitor stock levels, and coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure availability of products for order fulfillment.
  • Identify and resolve order discrepancies, including pricing errors, product shortages, and shipping issues, in collaboration with relevant teams.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements related to order processing and fulfillment.
  • Collaborate closely with sales, customer service, finance, and logistics teams to ensure alignment and achieve common goals.
KEY REQUIREMENTS:
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, or related field preferred
  • Proven experience in order management, customer service, or a related role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
  • Team player with a collaborative approach to work
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
  • Good communication in English and Chinese
