- Proven success in building and leading international engineering teams.
- Strong knowledge of agile methodologies and modern software development practices.
- Background in financial services, fintech, or enterprise transformation is a plus.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Fluent in English and Vietnamese or having experience working in Vietnam
