Company Description
  • Bosch first started in Vietnam with a representative office in 1994. Bosch has its main office in Ho Chi Minh City, with branch offices in Hanoi and Da Nang, and a Powertrain Solutions plant in the Dong Nai province to manufacture pushbelt for continuously variable transmissions (CVT) in automobiles. In addition, Bosch operates a software and engineering R&D center (Robert Bosch Engineering and Business Solutions Vietnam Co., Ltd).
  • In July 2014, Bosch set up a new Automotive R&D Center, located in Ho Chi Minh City. The continuous growth of this Centre is in line with Bosch's strategy in Vietnam, which aims at becoming a manufacturing and R&D hub in the Southeast Asian region. Currently four products are available: connectors, pushbelt, fuel supply, and diagnosis module (tank leakage).

Job Description
  • Prepare test samples and setups according to standard operating procedures and Test Plan
  • Assist in conducting laboratory tests on automotive components testing such as electrical, mechanical, materials, and environmental testing using different laboratory equipment such as power supply, Microscope, Digital multimeter...
  • Test setup preparation using the vehicle components like Connectors, Sensors, and Wiring Harness.
  • Create test automation framework, test case, test script.
  • Regular communication with different stakeholder (Design Engineer, Technical leader) about testing requirement, testing setup and testing result
  • Laboratory management: 5S, Safety, Inventory management, Document control.
Qualifications
  • Final years students with Major in Mechanical/Mechatronics/Automotive
  • Ability to read basic technical drawing, experience in making fixture, ability to propose fixture idea, ability to operate equipment such as drilling, cutting, welding, hand tools…
  • Basic understanding of laboratory testing methods.
  • Basic knowledge and hands-on with Python/C++/C# is a plus
  • Having basic knowledge about IVN (In-Vehicle Networking) including - CAN, CAN-FD
  • Good English skills: Listening, speaking, reading, and writing
  • Analytical and proactive, open-minded working with a high sense of responsibility.
  • High practical mindset, discipline and willingness to work in Laboratory.
  • Self-planning & fast self-learning. Good communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Experience in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
