
Logistics Specialist (01 year contract)

2. Manage CRD to ensure timely delivery aligned with customer expectations.
3. Handle pull-in requests and expedite shipments for late or critical items.
4. Revert and monitor quality issues such as missing, damaged, or incorrect items, and coordinate with relevant teams for resolution.
5. Support the implementation of logistics strategies and process improvements.
6. Closely collaborate with all stakeholders especially CCC to ensure timely response has been delivered as SLAWhat skills and capabilities will make you successful?
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Working Experience: 2+ years of experience in logistics or supply chain operations.
- Business Understanding: SAP, Salesforce knowledge is a plus
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Power Query, and Tableau for data analysis and reporting.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on service quality and responsiveness.
