Dream Job Alert! $10,000/month salary awaits! We're hiring a Business Development Director (Advertising, Open for Expat, ID17719) for a foreign investment company. Responsibilities:1. Strategy:
  • Participate in the development and implementation of the company's medium- and long-term growth strategies.
2. Management:
  • Oversee all activities of the Media Development Department, including planning, resource allocation, and team management.
  • Lead and supervise the team to ensure successful achievement of assigned objectives.
  • Responsible for recruitment, training, performance evaluation, and making recommendations for staff rewards or disciplinary actions within the department.
  • Train core team members and develop succession planning for key positions.
  • Establish professional, systematic, and efficient management processes and mechanisms.
3. Market Development:
  • In charge of working with partners in apartment buildings, office complexes, supermarkets, etc., to negotiate and renew contracts for advertising screen installations.
  • Ensure customer care, maintain, and expand long-term partnerships with clients and stakeholders (e.g., real estate developers, property managers of residential and commercial buildings, supermarkets, etc.).
4. Operations:
  • Coordinate with relevant departments to address arising issues and improve operational efficiency.
  • Promote cross-functional collaboration to enhance the organization's overall effectiveness.
  • Represent the company in engagements with stakeholders including government agencies, regulatory bodies, and clients.
Requirement
  • Male/Female, aged 35-45
  • Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Communications, Business Administration, Marketing, Advertising, Finance, or Law.
  • At least 8 years of experience in senior management roles such as Business Development Director or Market Development Director, with a strong focus on partner relationship management and B2B client portfolio management.
  • Proven experience and strong network with major real estate developers; familiar with working closely with property management boards, building management committees, and project investors.
  • Proficient in at least two languages (Chinese - English, Chinese - Vietnamese, or Vietnamese - English).
