Our client is a leading technology company who is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm.Job description:Lead and manage accounting operations for MISA and its subsidiaries, including bookkeeping, financial reporting, and tax submissions, ensuring compliance with Vietnamese laws and accounting standards.Provide accurate and timely financial data to the Executive Board, Board of Directors, and Investors.Develop accounting policies and build an effective accounting structure that ensures transparency, efficiency, and alignment with business strategy while safeguarding financial data security in a digital environment.Act as the main liaison with tax authorities and regulatory bodies to ensure full compliance with tax obligations and relevant laws.Oversee internal controls, ensuring cost legitimacy and adherence to company policies.Conduct financial analysis, planning, and provide strategic advice to leadership, including early warnings and cost optimization recommendations.Proactively research, propose, and implement improvements in accounting tools, ERP systems, and automation solutions to enhance efficiency.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields.Chief Accountant or Professional Accounting Certificate is a plus.Fluent English (equivalent to IELTS 7.0 or higher).Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting, preferably as a Chief Accountant or equivalent role.Strong expertise in accounting, financial reporting, taxation, and internal control.Hands-on experience with ERP systems and business intelligence tools.Proven ability to lead teams and organize work effectively.Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving capabilities.High level of accountability, proactive mindset, and ability to perform under pressure.Integrity, attention to detail, analytical thinking, and prudence.Contact: Ha HoangDue to the immense number of applications, only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
