
Finance & Accounting Manager (F&B)

- Review General Ledgers for each month and period, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Check Financial Statements and notes to the Financial Statements for compliance and accuracy.
- Review all monthly and quarterly tax declarations, ensuring timely reporting and payments, and compliance with local authorities. Manage annual audits and tax finalization processes.
- Ensure the accounting department operates in accordance with current local legislation and company regulations.
- Oversee revenue business plans for individual profit centers and develop budgets for all units and cost centers.
- Prepare business cases for investments and calculate the impact of management decisions on the business plan.
- Improve the finance & accounting procedures of the company, including sales collection, payment processes, data management, and reporting.
- Improve the company's cash flow situation by collaborating with the business growth and supply chain teams.
- Analyze OPEX and CAPEX to identify opportunities for cost optimization and efficiency improvements.
- Deliver monthly financial reports for internal and external stakeholders, defining the report structure, managing regular outputs, and providing insightful analysis.
- Participate in other relevant projects as assigned by the CEO.
- At least 5 years of experience in accounting or finance, with strong expertise in accounting principles and practices.
- Deep understanding of accounting and finance principles, including IFRS and local accounting standards.
- Experience processing manually a high volume of transactions (at least 10,000 per month) with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
- Proven ability to manage and lead a team of at least 8 employees, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
- Experience implementing Kaizen or other continuous improvement methodologies to enhance departmental procedures.
- Fluent in both English and Vietnamese, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to not only manage a department but also improve its overall performance and efficiency.
