- Build Annual Campaign brief & plan
- Evaluate Campaign Performance using data-driven strategies and propose actions for improvement.
- Collaborate with the Consumer activation team to define Consumer Activation strategy in line with brand strategy
- Ultimately accountable for the execution of NPI (including approval for Barrel Proof, PQS..)
- Collaborate with Trade to design consumer and retailer-centric programs to maximize the potential growth of NPIs.
- University graduate with solid academic results, preferably in Marketing management
- Minimum 8 years experience in Brand Marketing / Trade Marketing in a sizeable FMCG company (preferably an MNC) in senior managerial roles
- Previous experience in Consumer Goods would be a big plus
- Proficiency in interacting with a global team
- Strong interpersonal skills, team player, attention to detail, commitment to data excellence, agility, and autonomy
- Deep, strategic understanding of market dynamics, economic indicators, and global trends
- Master stakeholder management, with a nuanced understanding of complex stakeholder landscapes and strategic relationship building
- Expertly navigates complex operational challenges, using strategic and innovative approaches (e.g. automation & machine learning, etc.) to maintain and enhance efficiency
- Able to Proactively monitor competitors, and build models to forecast future market and category scenarios
- Implemented a structured mentorship program within the team, resulting in an improvement in team members' skill proficiency, both functional and leadership aspects.
