Adecco's client is a foreign company in retail field hiring HRM in Hanoi.REQUIREMENTS:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.
  • At least five (5) years of work experience in retail chains or FMCG industries, with solid knowledge of local labor and employment laws and regulations.
  • Proficient in at least two of the following HR functions: recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
  • Mature, responsible, and proactive in communication, with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Detail-oriented, with a meticulous approach to ensuring accuracy in all processes and reports.
  • Strong organizational, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Resourceful and results-driven, with strong analytical capabilities.
  • High level of integrity and a strong sense of commitment required for the role.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.

  • Participate in establishing the company's human resource system from the ground up, setting up the HR management framework for both the Vietnam outlets and office.
  • Develop and maintain recruitment channels in line with business plans, and complete the hiring process for frontline store and office staff.
  • Manage employee labor relations, including but not limited to contract signings, renewals, internal transfers, and resolving labor disputes.
  • Implement, monitor, and evaluate the KPI performance assessment system for business teams.
  • Understand the compensation and commission structures, and take responsibility for manpower planning and cost control.
  • Maintain, develop, and promote the corporate culture in accordance with headquarters' guidelines, including organizing cultural events for the subsidiary.
  • Manage end-to-end payroll processes and handle other HR-related matters.
  • Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by management.
