- Develop and implement marketing strategies for feed raw materials within the commercial brokerage agreement. Responsible for engaging regional-based company leads to drive business growth strategy effectively in Vietnam.
- Manage relationships with targeted customers, providing exceptional customer service and tailored solutions, incorporating local crush and flows offerings.
- Lead the local commercial team in Vietnam, working closely with team and company functional teams to execute marketing plans.
- Pipeline Execution Management:
- Oversee logistics and execution support for customers, coordinating with teams and local operations.
- Collaborate with logistics, trade execution, and freight teams to ensure seamless execution for customers.
- Manage customer execution risks such as LCs, payment coordination, deposits, and credit for local distribution and sales.
- Responsible for thorough competition analysis, regular reporting on competition programs, customer demand, and local insights to optimize pipeline positioning.
- Directly manage assigned customer relationships in the country.
- Drive business development of new flows and activities in local distribution, including river terminal-based operations for stock & sale business .
- Oversee and guide a proficient local team to seize a larger market share and achieve top-notch execution capabilities.
- Take ownership and responsibility for managing various stakeholders, including strategic customers, port and warehousing operators, commercial business associates, and trade partners.
- Over 10 years of relevant industry experience in feed, commodity, and agri-food sectors.
- Extensive commodity expertise, particularly in the feed industry, with a focus on managing customers and businesses in Vietnam.
- In-depth knowledge of Vietnam's local culture, language, regulations, and business environment.
- Skilled in making decisions that support company strategy, financial goals, and innovation.
- Proficient in building strong relationships, influencing others, and nurturing talent.
- Capable of developing data-driven strategies aligned with company priorities and inspiring action through clear communication.
- Experience in managing industrial customers in a B2B format, demonstrating strong leadership and influence abilities.
- Graduate qualification from reputed institution.
- Professional certification in international trade and supply chain management.
