- Lead manufacturing improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, and other methodologies.
- Identify and resolve inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and quality issues in blending and filling operations.
- Analyze KPIs and production data to uncover actionable improvement opportunities.
- Align with factory growth roadmap to assess future capacity needs and propose scalable solutions.
- Lead capacity expansion projects, ensuring seamless integration of new equipment and systems.
- Manage manufacturing budgets and control production costs while maintaining quality standards.
- Oversee daily manufacturing operations to ensure timely, high-quality, and cost-effective output.
- Optimize labor, equipment, and material utilization to meet production targets and minimize waste.
- Manage production schedules and prioritize tasks to meet customer demand.
- Monitor and achieve KPIs including Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE).
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in production management within chemical or manufacturing industries.
- Proven track record in Lean, Six Sigma, and process improvement methodologies.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in KPI tracking and data-driven decision-making.
- Hands-on experience with automation, blending/filling operations, and capacity expansion projects.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Fluent in Vietnamese and proficient in English.
