Business Analyst Lead

• Analyze business requirements for IoT projects, clarify device connectivity challenges, and collect and process data from multiple sources.
• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to define project scope, develop user stories, use case diagrams, and functional specification documents.
• Conduct research and analysis on the IoT market to propose key features, ensuring solutions align with technological trends.
• Work closely with the development team to define detailed APIs, ensuring efficient data processing between IoT devices and backend systems.
• Manage and coordinate the BA team (10-15 members), ensuring the quality of documentation and business analysis processes.
• Develop UI/UX flows, focusing on user experience when interacting with IoT devices and central management systems.

• 5+ years of experience as a BA, with at least 2 years as a BA Lead, particularly in large-scale IoT projects.
• Strong knowledge of IoT protocols (MQTT, CoAP), smart devices, and real-time data collection systems.
• Proficiency in business analysis tools such as Jira, Confluence, Figma, and UI/UX design tools.
• Strong team management and coordination skills, with the ability to create detailed documentation and optimize workflows across departments.
