- Prepare monthly reports for the regional head office and director.
- Review and manage AR/AP, and monitor financial status and cash flow daily.
- Reconcile accounting books, close books, and prepare monthly tax reports for the Government.
- Coordinate stock counts for fixed assets and inventory as scheduled, including assessing aging and storage loss, and promptly report any issues to the manager.
- Collaborate directly with audit and tax departments to ensure compliance with tax regulations and government reporting requirements.
- Oversee labor contracts, and facilitate their renewal as needed.
- Maintain and update insurance lists with the insurance service provider for all staff members.
- Manage payroll, incentives, and bonuses, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Calculate, process, and report social security, health insurance, personal income tax, and unemployment insurance payments.
- Handle various HR and administrative duties as required.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a relevant field.
- Possession of a Chief Accountant Certificate or CPA/CFA certification preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar position.
- Proficiency in English and/or Chinese communication.
- Demonstrated ability to work under pressure with a high level of responsibility.
