As a family-owned company, we look beyond short-term moves and work to create a vision that is forward-thinking for our people, our clients, and the world at large.We are looking for a HR Assistant to join our Endress+Hauser International Asia Pacific in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.What is the role about?The HR Assistant role ensures accurate, timely, and compliant execution of core HR administrative processes across the employee lifecycle. The role acts as the backbone of HR, translating HR policies into consistent day-to-day operations while delivering reliable employee support.Which tasks will you perform?Employee Lifecycle Administration
  • Manage onboarding, contract issuance, probation confirmation, changes, and offboarding.
  • Maintain accurate employee records in HR systems and personnel files.
Payroll & Benefits Support
  • Prepare and validate payroll inputs (e.g. salary changes, incentives, allowances).
  • Coordinate with payroll vendors and finance to ensure accurate and timely payments.
  • Administer employee benefits and respond to related inquiries.
HR Data & Documentation
  • Ensure data accuracy and compliance in HR systems.
  • Prepare HR letters, contracts, and standard templates.
  • Support HR reporting and audits when required.
Policy & Compliance Support
  • Apply HR policies consistently and flag compliance risks.
  • Support labor law compliance and internal controls.
Employee Support
  • Act as first point of contact for HR operational queries.
  • Provide clear, timely guidance on HR procedures and processes.
Other tasks upon reasonable request by Company from time to time.What do we expect from you?
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in HR Operations / HR Admin / Shared Services
  • Experience working in an international or matrix organization is a must
  • Proficiency in Vietnamese and English is a must
  • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
  • Good understanding of HR operations and labor practices
  • Structured, reliable, and service oriented mindset
  • Ability to handle confidential information professionally
  • Clear communication and stakeholder coordination skills
  • Strong self-awareness and social-awareness
  • Courage by standing up for your cause
  • Open to change, able to give and receive feedback constructively
