We are looking for Receptionist (Both Male and Female are preferred) for The Opera Residence, job description as below:
1. Welcoming & Assisting Residents:
  • Meeting and greeting owners, tenants and visitors.
  • Responding promptly and politely regarding all messages, requests, enquiries, complaints, deliveries etc. for owners, tenants and/or visitor.
  • To be kept up to date on all information in regards to services and facilities both inside lobby the property as well as the surrounding area and actively communicate such information to the residents/ tenants.
  • Greet callers with a cheerful and pleasant voice within three rings
  • Satisfy and where possible resolve all requirements, messages, requests, enquiries, complaints, deliveries, etc. of residents, tenants and visitors, in an efficient and courteous manner.
2. Supporting the security status of the building:
  • Monitoring and control of building access in cooperation with Security Department.
  • Constant lobby cleanliness and order.
  • Answer directly or forward all external telephone calls according to company policies and procedures.
  • Respond to emergency situations calmly and effectively, according to company guidelines.
  • Limit visitors waiting in the Reception area to ensure that drivers, tradesmen, delivery personnel, friends of staff etc. are not permitted to remain in this area.
  • Be fully aware of the emergency procedure & the list of phone number to call.
3. Reception related paperwork:
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all building so that guests will receive accurate and prompt information when requested.
  • Ensure to record specific details in the logbook for handovers.
  • Maintain good working relationships and cooperation with all other departments.
  • Inform relevant departments and management office about owners/ tenant's requests, enquiries, complaints etc and follow up to ensure that these are resolved.
  • Updating resident list, tenant list, including temporary guests etc.
  • Any further tasks necessary for the smooth operations of the Building.

Yêu cầu công việc
  • Working Time: 48h/ week (8 hours/ shift)
  • Be willing to work overtime when needed
  • Working location: Dist.2, HCMC
  • From 6 months of experienced in the relevant position.
  • College's degree of related professions.
  • Proficient English (both speaking and writing)
  • Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office
  • Strong communication skills for liaising with colleagues, customers and other stakeholders
  • Ability to solve problems well, good judgment.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to multi-task
  • Good in writing reports and presentations
  • Be progressive, be highly responsible, to be aware of service, with stand high pressures.
