Telesales Manager

• Manage and lead the telesales team to achieve sales targets.
• Develop and implement sales strategies for new and existing products.
• Monitor and analyse sales data to understand performance trends and areas for improvement.
• Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to senior management.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and ensure all customer complaints are resolved in a timely manner.
• Train and motivate team members to excel in their roles and contribute to the overall success of the team.
• Evaluate the performance of team members and provide feedback, guidance, and training where necessary.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

• At least 7 years of experience in a telesales leadership role, preferably in service industries
• Strong understanding of sales principles, methods, techniques, and evaluation metrics.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze sales data and make necessary adjustments to improve performance.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
