Adecco' Client, a leading company in Automotive field, is looking for Business Development Manager
  • Develop and implement action plans for managing dealer customers within the assigned territory. This includes collecting data on vehicle usage, tire checks, and tire performance (with support from the Fleet Auditor) to demonstrate tire efficiency and cost savings to customers. Propose and execute necessary actions in collaboration with dealers.
  • Collaborate with relevant departments to create and maintain essential sales tools and customer-facing materials such as price lists, dealer/end-user portfolios, sales equipment, etc.
  • Drive sales volume and increase Share of Market (SOM) within the assigned territory.
  • Identify, recruit, and develop new dealer partners.
  • Support the growth of existing dealer accounts by increasing volume and SOM.
  • Foster strong relationships between the brand and both dealers and end-users.
  • Participate in promotional events and ensure the successful rollout of company campaigns to dealers and end-users.
  • Prepare regular performance reports and share them with relevant stakeholders.
  • Work closely with internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally.
  • Monitor dealer credit levels and ensure their financial health and solvency.
  • Maintain and update mandatory customer and market information in internal systems.
  • Gather and consolidate market intelligence, including competitor activity, pricing, product offerings, services, and overall market conditions.
  • Conduct monthly visits to priority customers, followed by detailed reports and actionable plans.
Dealer Management:
  • Be accountable for achieving sales targets; lead negotiations to help dealers meet these objectives.
  • Implement and manage distribution strategies and dealer partnership programs.
  • Oversee dealer operations including purchasing quality, stock levels, and inventory management.
  • Perform margin analysis comparing company products with competitors.
  • Support dealer sales teams with product knowledge and sales training.
  • Analyze dealer portfolios, assess account potential, and determine the level of support and investment required.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a sales role, preferably in the automotive, lubricants, tools, or machinery industries.
  • Strong hunting mindset with a drive to achieve and exceed targets.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication skills in both English and Vietnamese.
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to non-standard working hours.
  • Hardworking, patient, and self-motivated.
  • Willingness to travel frequently and work flexibly as needed.
