Job Description- Undertake process - Centralization of appraisal requests.- Prepare the real property database to support channel to refer and capture real estate market trend and price.- Prepare market data during appraisal of collateral process.- Review appraisal report of independent appraisal agencies on a yearly basis and as required.- Prepare Feasibility Report for Industrial Park & real estate project.- Support branches issues related to real estate collateral.- Other related duties as assigned.Job Requirement- Education: Bachelor of Economics, Valuation or relevant field.- Experience: At least 02 years experienced in valuation field in appraisal companies or banks- Skills:· Knowledge of valuation and related laws;· Proficiency in office software (MS excel, word, power point);· Ability to work effectively not only in a team environment but also to work independently;· MOF and/or DONRE's valuation certificate is an advantage.
