Job summaryOur client is looking for an IT Manager to join their company and to continue developing their high-performing teamJob ResponsibilitiesAs the IT Manager, you will be responsible for the following:

Oversee the management of VN's infrastructure, technical support, and telecommunications.
Lead the establishment of an improved computer network and associated services.
Optimize server deployment to ensure cost-effective high service levels.
Coordinate the procurement of hardware, software, and services within budgetary constraints.
Ensure the security, availability, resilience, and performance of IT systems.
Manage Helpdesk operations to swiftly address issues.
Handle contract negotiations and escalate customer concerns externally.
Actively participate in the VN IT Management team with a proactive approach.
Contribute to IS budget planning and set performance targets aligned with national strategies.
Foster a culture of high performance, recruit top talent, and identify training needs for the Technical Services team.

Experience requirements

Requires a Bachelor's Degree and around 10 years of experience in the IT field, with over 4 years at the regional level
Strong relationship-building abilities and customer-centric mindset
Possess exceptional creativity, resourcefulness, and empathy
