- Oversee the management of VN's infrastructure, technical support, and telecommunications.
- Lead the establishment of an improved computer network and associated services.
- Optimize server deployment to ensure cost-effective high service levels.
- Coordinate the procurement of hardware, software, and services within budgetary constraints.
- Ensure the security, availability, resilience, and performance of IT systems.
- Manage Helpdesk operations to swiftly address issues.
- Handle contract negotiations and escalate customer concerns externally.
- Actively participate in the VN IT Management team with a proactive approach.
- Contribute to IS budget planning and set performance targets aligned with national strategies.
- Foster a culture of high performance, recruit top talent, and identify training needs for the Technical Services team.
- Requires a Bachelor's Degree and around 10 years of experience in the IT field, with over 4 years at the regional level
- Strong relationship-building abilities and customer-centric mindset
