ABOUT TEAM
  • The Finance & Strategy team acts as a strategic partner to leadership, ensuring Amanotes achieves sustainable growth, operational excellence, and readiness for global scale.
YOUR MISSION
  • Provide in-depth financial analysis, strategic consulting to the Management team, and ensure all company strategy and business decisions are backed by strong data analysis, market insights and a well-designed action plan. Build and strengthen the Finance team's capabilities (currently junior-heavy) through leadership, coaching, and implementation of best-in-class processes.
  • You will report to the Head of Finance.
WHAT WILL YOU DOStrategic Finance & Business Partnering:
  • Work closely with the Head of Finance and C-Suite to design, coordinate, and facilitate strategic planning and governance meetings.
  • Prepare business cases, investment proposals, and strategic projects to support critical decision-making.
  • Identify potential opportunities for business development, M&A, partnerships, or strategic investments aligned with company direction.
Finance Planning & Controlling:
  • Oversee the full cycle of financial planning: forecast, budgeting, long-term planning.
  • Analyze business results & provide actionable insights to improve financial and operational performance.
  • Ensure transparency and accuracy in cost management, investments, and profitability tracking.
Leadership & Capability Building:
  • Serve as a senior anchor in the Finance team, mentoring and developing junior members.
  • Ensure the Finance team can act as true business partners for different BUs.
  • Establish standardized processes, improve workflows, and leverage BI tools to enhance efficiency.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • 5+ years of experience as a Finance Business Partner Lead/Manager at a Tech Company.
  • Proven track record in strategic planning, financial modeling, and business partnering at the company level.
  • Strong knowledge of financial analysis, business case building, and investment/M&A evaluation.
  • Professional qualification such as CFA, CPA, ACCA, or equivalent preferred.
  • Advanced Excel and proficiency in BI tools (experience with VBA is a plus).
  • Prior experience in consulting, startups, or technology companies is strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with experience in coaching, mentoring, or managing teams.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
