- Lead the development and implementation of innovative approaches for HPV prevention, focusing on expanding the business into untapped cohorts and areas.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive the development and execution of innovative health solutions, ensuring timely delivery and successful implementation.
- Work closely with research and development teams to translate customer insights and market trends into actionable product requirements and features.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to effectively launch and promote innovative health solutions, ensuring maximum market penetration.
- Build alliances with diversified stakeholders, including government healthcare agencies, non-profit organizations (NPOs), and non-governmental organizations (NGOs), to drive collaboration and support for implementing innovative health solutions.
- Engage with healthcare professionals, industry experts, and opinion leaders to gather valuable insights and leverage their expertise in designing and implementing innovative health solutions.
- Collaborate with government healthcare agencies and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and guidelines.
- Monitor the performance of innovative health solutions, analyze data, and identify areas for improvement, making recommendations for enhancements and modifications.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technological advancements, and regulatory requirements related to HPV prevention and innovative health solutions.
- Provide leadership, guidance, and support to the team, fostering a culture of innovation, excellence, and collaboration.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as biology, public health, or healthcare management, Marketing, Business Administration... Advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in developing and implementing innovative health solutions/product management/strategic planning/business development/business consulting preferably in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry.
- Proven track record of successfully driving the implementation of innovative approaches or solutions for healthcare challenges.
- Strong understanding of pharma & healthcare industry
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically, analyze complex problems, and develop innovative solutions.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Exceptional ability to build alliances and partnerships with diversified stakeholders, including government healthcare agencies, NPOs, and NGOs.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance in the healthcare industry.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment.
