JOB PURPOSEThe Head of Retail Division oversees the execution strategy and operations of the digital-channel-based retail business and leads the organization so that product and service structure, revenue models, and customer growth strategies are translated into actual business performance based on the company's strategic direction.
This role owns the long-term retail positioning, market expansion strategy, and overall retail strategic design aligned with the company's corporate vision.
This role is responsible for securing the profitability and stability of the retail business and achieving balanced performance among customer growth, profitability, and risk management.CRITICAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
  • Retail Business Strategy and P&L Management
  • Define the 3-5 year retail strategic roadmap aligned with corporate strategy.
  • Lead long-term retail positioning and competitive differentiation in the market.
  • Develop market expansion strategies (new segments, new markets, new channels).
  • Establish execution strategies aligned with the growth direction of the digital retail business and oversee operations.
  • Manage business plans, budgets, and key performance indicators for the retail division.
  • Manage key business indicators, including revenue, profitability, and customer assets.
  • Manage revenue structures, including brokerage and credit provision.
  • Manage business operating frameworks considering both profitability and risk.
  • Product and Revenue Model Management
  • Design and continuously refine the retail business model.
  • Design and manage the retail product and service portfolio structure.
  • Set operational direction for revenue models, including pricing, fees, and credit terms.
  • Oversee the development of new products and the improvement of existing products.
  • Manage product profitability and risk structures.
  • Customer Growth and Marketing Strategy.
  • Set strategic direction for customer acquisition, trading activation, and retention.
  • Manage the performance of digital marketing and promotions.
  • Manage partnerships and alliance strategies.
  • Manage the balance between customer growth and profitability.
  • Customer Experience and Operational Quality
  • Oversee customer service framework and quality management.
  • Manage SLAs and service standards.
  • Drive service improvement based on VOC insights.
  • Manage operational risk and regulatory compliance.
  • Organizational Management and Leadership
  • Set direction and manage the performance of the overall retail organization.
  • Strengthen organizational capabilities and develop key talent
  • Coordinate strategic alignment with executives and related departments.
REQUIREMENTS
  • Educational Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
  • Job knowledge
  • Understanding of capital markets and digital-channel-based retail financial products
  • Understanding of brokerage and credit provision structures
  • Understanding of product structuring and revenue models
  • Understanding of risk management and internal control frameworks
  • Understanding of financial and performance management systems.
  • Relevant Experience
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in the financial industry.
  • Leadership experience in retail or digital business.
  • Experience managing divisional-level P&L.
  • Experience in securities or digital retail finance.
