The QMS Staff will support the implementation and monitoring of supply chain operations for public health products in compliance with WHO Pre-Qualification inspection requirements for vector control products. This role will assist in executing audits, following up on corrective actions, and supporting suppliers in improving their Quality Management Systems to align with international standards.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in executing annual quality audit plans, including collection and organization of audit evidence.Support issuance and follow-up of corrective action requests with suppliers/factories until closure.Verify effectiveness and long-term sustainability of corrective actions.Update quality risk assessments for products and processes; escalate significant risks to management.Monitor QMS requirements (ISO 9001:2015) across operations.Maintain and update quality documentation (procedures, manuals, reports).Review product and production quality performance in collaboration with suppliers.Ensure accuracy and compliance in quality reports.Qualifications & CompetenciesBachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, or related field.Basic knowledge of QMS (preferably ISO 9001:2015).Detail-oriented, accurate, and strong in organizational and time management skills.Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).Good English communication skills (written & spoken).Experience in quality roles or internships is an advantage.Knowledge of process audit is a plus.Prefer candidates with background in pharmaceutical, chemical, or manufacturing industries.
