- Your involvement spans across the entire spectrum of our company's design and implementation processes, encompassing both high-level strategic discussions and intricate details.
- Serve as an internal champion of technology in our digital transformation efforts, enhancing both front-end and back-end development standards while shaping project objectives.
- Collaboration is key, as you'll work closely with diverse teams, stakeholders, and external partners to streamline workflows, ensuring the execution of high-quality experiences across multiple projects.
- Co-development with our offshore software engineers is essential to ensure technical alignment with architectural designs.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional development experience.
- Mastery of PHP, Flutter, Vue (Uni APP), JavaScript, REST, HTML, CSS, and/or MVC frameworks.
- Proficiency in AngularJS, ReactJS, Vue.js, or similar front-end frameworks.
- Thorough understanding of UI/UX principles and design patterns.
- Experience with server-side environments such as Node.js, PHP, Python, etc.
- Willingness to learn new languages or technologies as required.
- Proficiency in integrating third-party SDKs and APIs.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies like Scrum and Kanban, along with GIT.
- Experience with applications utilizing AWS cloud services.
- Track record of co-developing and managing large-scale projects involving external vendors.
- Strong problem-solving and debugging abilities.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Fluent in English to collaborate effectively with the Singapore team.
- A passionate digital enthusiast proficient in both front-end and back-end development, with hands-on experience translating designs into dynamic web assets.
- You possess a holistic approach, understanding how each task contributes to the bigger picture, from individual design elements to the overall user journey.
