As a leading supplier of specialty chemicals, Sika provides full solutions for most construction applications and projects.Job DescriptionSika Vietnam - 100% foreign owned company, a subsidiary of Sika AG, Switzerland, a leading supplier of specialty chemicals - is seeking candidates for Senior Sales Executive – Building Systems.This role will assist the Line Manager in crafting a powerful sales and marketing vision and achieving ambitious targets for Building Systems (Flooring, Roofing, Sealing & Bonding, Refurbishment, Waterproofing, Building Finishing) in the North.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive sales growth and retention.
  • Negotiate contracts to secure the best possible terms for Sika.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets for both yourself and your team.
  • Manage the sales cycle, including generating quotes, processing orders, and handling customer correspondences.
  • Provide technical expertise and product recommendations to customers.
  • Assist with credit control activities (tasks may vary by region).
  • Manage assigned projects according to your Line Manager's direction.
  • Prepare accurate and timely reports, sales forecasts, and other required planning documents.
  • Work effectively with colleagues and other departments to achieve shared goals.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by your Line Manager.
  • Maintain confidentiality of all company information and documentation.
QualificationsJOB REQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Construction/Chemical Engineering, or a related discipline. A background in construction or chemicals is strongly preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience Technical Sales and working with General Contractors and Applicators in the building materials/construction chemicals.
  • Good organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Good English language skills.
  • Vietnamese speaking.
