Senior Sales Executive – Building Systems

- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive sales growth and retention.
- Negotiate contracts to secure the best possible terms for Sika.
- Achieve assigned sales targets for both yourself and your team.
- Manage the sales cycle, including generating quotes, processing orders, and handling customer correspondences.
- Provide technical expertise and product recommendations to customers.
- Assist with credit control activities (tasks may vary by region).
- Manage assigned projects according to your Line Manager's direction.
- Prepare accurate and timely reports, sales forecasts, and other required planning documents.
- Work effectively with colleagues and other departments to achieve shared goals.
- Perform other duties as assigned by your Line Manager.
- Maintain confidentiality of all company information and documentation.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Construction/Chemical Engineering, or a related discipline. A background in construction or chemicals is strongly preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience Technical Sales and working with General Contractors and Applicators in the building materials/construction chemicals.
- Good organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Good English language skills.
- Vietnamese speaking.
