Job Responsibilities
- Meet sales goals and quotas assigned by the management. - Support and maintain positive customer and business partner relationships and develop strong relationships with key accounts. - Address customer questions and concerns expeditiously and professionally. - Develop new business prospects (hospitals, labs, clinics, etc.) in specific geographic areas through prospect visits, cold calls, and all other applicable methods. - Demonstrate competency in the company and competitive product knowledge. The Sales Executive is responsible for having instrumental knowledge and the ability to effectively demonstrate the company's products. - Provide product, sales, and marketing support to distributors. - Responsible for timely, accurate completion of administrative tasks, such as weekly reports, expense reports, etc. - Provide company's management with market trends and competitive field activity information, enabling the company to support territory strategies/tactics and react quickly to competitive actions. - Create sales proposals and discuss them with the General Manager. - Perform duties assigned or accepted as out of the guidelines. *Occasional trips throughout the country may be requiredJob Requirement
Necessary Skill / Experience
・Education: Bachelor's Degree or above in Biotechnology, Life Science, Business Administration, or related discipline ・Age: 23 ~ 35 ・Gender: Male prefer ・Language: English - Intermediate Level ・Experience: - More than 2 years of working experience in Sales positions - Experience in sales (IVD sales preferred) or Application Specialist or Sales medical equipment.
Preferable requirement
- Have working experience in new business acquisition - Experience in hospital or clinical laboratory markets with demonstrated success - Experience working at a Japanese company - Japanese skill
