Job Posting End Date:Worker Type: Fixed Term (Fixed Term)MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:Design, deploy, and manage Monitoring platform (Splunk/OpenSearch) infrastructure, including indexers, search heads, forwarders, and deployment servers.Develop and maintain Splunk dashboards, reports, and alerts to provide visibility into system performance and security.Integrate data sources into Splunk, AppDynamics, OpenSearch, ensuring data integrity and optimal performance.Develop and manage data onboarding processes, including parsing, indexing, and data normalization.Monitor Splunk infrastructure for health and performance issues.Troubleshoot and resolve issues with data collection, indexing, and search performance.Develop and maintain Python scripts for automating tasks and processes within the Splunk environment.Implement automation solutions to streamline data ingestion and monitoring workflows.Collaborate with IT and security teams to understand monitoring and observability requirements.Provide technical support and training to end users, ensuring effective use of the platform.Implement best practices for Splunk/OpenSearch architecture, data retention, and performance optimization.Continuously assess and improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the Monitoring environment.Fulfil other tasks as assigned by your People Leader and/or authorized representative of NAB Vietnam from time to time.YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:5+ years of experience in monitoring tools and observability tools.Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, JSON Bash, or PowerShell.Experience in querying, analysing, creating metrics, and refining log event data.Experience in working in Splunk, Appdynamics and Opensearch/ELK, ability to create and maintain dashboards, alerts, and reports in Splunk or Opensearch.
