- Work closely with Talent Acquisition APAC to adapt, localize and implement the Talent Acquisition strategy (in line with the business strategy and any regional talent acquisition strategy) across the group
- Work closely with Growth & People Team to develop content & amplify our EVP in different communication channels
- Manage full end to end hiring process and ensure all relevant Compliance procedures and processes are followed
- Provide effective recruitment advice, guidance and solutions to managers across the Company
- Drive Universities/ Alumni partnership & campus hiring (if any) for nurturing talents & pipeline.
- Leverage technology & AI for automation in different reports, database and opportunity to scale up.
- Maintain a knowledge and understanding of market landscape & competitive insights
- Be an effective, committed and participative team member to provide a first-class service to the group; contributing to the continuing development of the People team
- Experience working in a fast-paced organization / executive search firm or an in-house recruiting role as similar role with 5 yrs+
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, project management with diversity group, experience managing clients or internal stakeholders at all levels
- People- leadership experience with managing, developing and retaining talents under your wings.
- Be highly diligent, ethical, reliable and accountable
- Ability to coordinate, prioritize and multitask in a high-pressure environment.
