- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Coordinate with internal teams, including products, operation, performance and sales, to execute projects seamlessly.
- Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members and ensure clear communication and alignment on project objectives.
- Facilitate regular project meetings to track progress, address issues, and ensure timelines are met.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the management team, providing updates and resolving project-related inquiries or concerns.
- Campaign Execution and Management:
- Oversee the execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, and traditional marketing.
- Lead the creation and execution of innovative marketing campaigns that drive customer acquisition and retention, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
- Coordinate with external vendors, agencies, and partners as needed to support campaign execution.
- Budget Management:
- Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently and effectively.
- Track expenses and expenditures against budget forecasts and make adjustments as needed.
- Identify opportunities for cost savings or optimization without compromising project quality or objectives.
- Reporting and Analysis:
- Prepare comprehensive reports on project performance, including key metrics, insights, and recommendations.
- Conduct post-project evaluations to assess successes, challenges, and lessons learned.
- Use data and analytics to drive decision-making and inform future marketing strategies and initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Proven experience in a marketing leadership role, with a solid track record of successful campaign management and brand growth.
- Strong experience in influencer marketing and partnership development within the retail industry.
- Excellent understanding of the digital marketing landscape, including social media, content marketing, SEO, and email marketing.
- Individual with results-oriented mindset, concentrate on setting clear goals, developing action plans, and executing specific steps to achieve the expected outcomes.
