- Collaborate with business leaders and managers to assess organizational challenges and identify training needs; develop an annual training plan to enhance performance, productivity, and employee engagement.
- Design and implement blended learning solutions-either in-house or with external partners-including coaching, classroom training, on-the-job training, induction programs, workshops, project assignments, and e-learning.
- Effectively manage the Learning & Organizational Development (L&OD) budget to ensure appropriate investment in the right talent and programs.
- Monitor and measure participant progress and organizational impact to ensure return on learning investment.
- Cultivate a culture of continuous learning and professional growth across the organization.
- Lead the Talent Management process including talent identification, development, and succession planning, ensuring leadership talents have clear development pathways.
- Track progress against individual development plans and take action where needed to support career growth.
- Build strong relationships with high-performing and high-potential employees, acting as a trusted partner in their development journey.
- Partner with HR Business Partners (HRBPs) and line managers to guide career development and succession planning for leadership talent.
- Manage internal communications around change initiatives, ensuring timely and effective messaging that increases awareness and reduces resistance.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive internal communications strategy to foster alignment and connectivity among employees.
- Ensure consistent execution of internal communication activities in alignment with corporate guidelines across all business units.
- Support the promotion of a values-driven culture through communication and engagement efforts.
- Create an inspiring learning and communication environment across the organization.
- Plan, write, and edit content for a variety of channels including the staff intranet, email, newsletters, and other internal platforms.
- Develop and implement an employer branding strategy that aligns with the organization's mission and values.
- Define and promote the Employee Value Proposition (EVP) to attract and retain top talent by showcasing a thriving, purpose-driven workplace.
- Create and manage multichannel campaigns and engaging content across social media and other platforms to elevate brand presence.
- Build strong partnerships with universities and academic institutions to access young talent pipelines.
- Lead both internal and external communication efforts to raise employer brand awareness in the local market and industry.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role within multinational corporations or industrial sectors.
- Demonstrated leadership and team management skills.
- Proven experience in executing HR projects, including company events, internal communication, and employer branding.
- Strong presentation skills with the ability to engage audiences in both Vietnamese and English.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is essential.
- Strong sense of ownership, with the drive to exceed expectations and push business potential.
- Self-motivated, accountable, and capable of working in high-pressure, dynamic environments.
- Fluent in both written and spoken Vietnamese and English.
