Job Description:- Responsible for set up operational index and monitoring- Responsible for understanding & gathering internal/external data to find operational index- Responsible for analyzing & identifying internal/external customer's operation data to find Root- Causes, Impact, Opportunity, etc.)- Responsible for finding insight and cooperate with Tracking Center group to support developing- RPA task & designing detail solution in terms of process efficiencies, system required- Functionality enhancement, etc. for S.E.Asia subsidiaries- Working location: Cau Giay District, Ha NoiRequirement:- Minimum 1 years' experience in statistics, logistics, SCM, freight forwarding or shipping industry (required in SCM/Logistic Strategy & Process consulting experience)- Proficient in computer applications: Power Automate, VBA, SQL, Power BI- Able to communicate clear and concise instruction in a professional manner- Good problem solving and decision making skills- Fair English proficiency- IT background (if any)
