- Train new staff. Manage/ control team workload/ productivity;
- Control team performance to make sure no penalty/ loss/ complaint on any shipment;
- Review/ keep updated on all Policies/ SOPs and instruct clearly to the team;
- Make sure Policies/ SOPs will be followed under strict discipline;
- Be 1st escalation level to support and solve the issues of the team;
- Proactively provide ideas/solutions to develop the process/ performance of the team;
- Well complete other tasks/ projects assigned by high-level;
- Contact the client/agent to get the shipment detail;
- Prepare Shipping Instruction submitted to carriers/co-loader;
- Work closely with related parties (shipping line, carrier, and agent) to arrange the shipping plan. Issue the debit note/invoice to customers/ overseas for each shipment;
- Tracing shipments and updates to customers & overseas partners;
- Filing AMS / ISF / E-manifest;
- Making weekly/monthly data reports of the shipping plans;
- Report to the manager or upper level when required.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Foreign Trade; Logistics;
- At least 5 years of experience working for LOGISTICS FORWARDER TP TRADE and 3 years at the same level;
- Having experience in US, CANADA documentation, both nominated & freehand shipments is an advantage;
- Being careful, responsible, dynamic, enthusiastic & hard working;
- Persuasive speaking, willingness to improve are the top customer service attributes a representative needs;
- Good at communication Skills (Negotiation & Convincing Skills);
- Good at Excel;
- Good command of English (both verbal & written);
