As part of their enterprise AI transformation, they are expanding their engineering team to build next-generation Agentic AI systems that can reason, plan, retrieve enterprise knowledge, and execute real operational tasks.Role OverviewWe are looking for an experienced AI Product Manager to lead AI-driven transformation initiatives, particularly within enterprise finance, procurement, and inventory management.This role will focus on shaping AI product strategy, driving execution, and working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful AI solutions that improve efficiency, forecasting, and decision-making.Key Responsibilities1. AI Strategy & Use Case Development
- Lead AI ideation workshops with senior stakeholders across Finance and Operations
- Identify high-impact use cases in areas such as financial forecasting, automation, and optimization
- Translate business challenges into scalable AI product opportunities
- Define and execute the AI product roadmap aligned with business priorities
- Collaborate with Data Scientists, Engineers, ERP (SAP) teams, and business stakeholders
- Drive end-to-end delivery of AI solutions from concept to deployment
- Oversee development of AI-powered solutions (e.g., LLMs, NLP, AI agents, automation workflows)
- Ensure compliance with enterprise IT, cybersecurity, audit, and data governance standards
- Manage stakeholder expectations and drive adoption across business units
- Engage with senior leadership and cross-functional teams
- Lead training, knowledge transfer, and change management initiatives
- Support long-term capability building and potential team expansion
- 6–10+ years in Product Management, Digital Transformation, or AI Product roles
- Proven experience delivering AI solutions in enterprise finance or FinTech environments
- Experience working in structured, governance-heavy organizations is a strong plus
- Strong understanding of:
- LLMs, NLP, AI agents, workflow automation
- ERP systems (preferably SAP) and financial data
- System integration and APIs
- Familiarity with cloud platforms
- Solid understanding of risk control, audit, and data governance
- Strong stakeholder management skills (senior leadership level)
- Strategic mindset with strong execution capability
- Experience in training, influencing, and driving adoption
- Potential to grow into a team leadership role
- Fluent in English
