• Developing and implementing quality assurance strategies.
• Ensuring compliance with international brands quality standards and regulations.
• Leading quality audits and implementing corrective actions where necessary.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Monitoring production processes to identify and resolve quality-related issues.
• Managing a team of quality professionals and providing leadership and mentorship.
• Analyzing data to identify trends and recommend process improvements.
• Reporting to senior management on quality performance metrics and improvement plans.

• Proven expertise in quality assurance within the apparel industry, woven product experiene is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Experience leading and managing teams.
• Ability to develop and implement effective quality management systems.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• A degree in engineering, quality management, or a related field.
• Mandarin Speaking is preferred.
