Company and Job OverviewOur client in a Japanese company is looking for HR Supervisor.Job ResponsibilitiesHR Operations: Manage daily HR tasks including recruitment, contracts, records, and offboarding. Handle compensation, benefits, and government reports. Assist expatriate staff with visas and work permits.Talent Management: Oversee the full recruitment process from sourcing to hiring. Coordinate training and development programs.Employee Relations: Facilitate communication between Japanese and local teams. Organize company events like parties and team- building activities.Policy & Systems: Update and improve HR policies and processes, including supporting the digitalization of HR systems.Job RequirementsEducation & Experience: Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience, ideally in a multinational or Japanese company. Experience in the real estate or construction industry is a plus.Skill: Strong understanding of Vietnam Labor Law and HR best practices. Must have excellent English communication skills.#LI-JACVN
