- Be responsible for financial accounting activities (AR, AP, GL, monthly closing, Vietnamese Accounting book, reporting, credit limit reviews…).
- In charge for statutory audit - twice per year (interim, final)
- Be responsible for all local and group Tax reports, tax activities (CIT, VAT, Withholding Tax, TP, group Tax commentary, Tax audit, local audit etc.)
- Advise/ consult stakeholders to embed tax compliance and propose to mitigate tax risks
- In charge of group direct cash flow forecast (BATCASH).
- Co-ordinate Banks in Vietnam and Global Treasury Operation Team for treasury activities (Hedging, Deposit, Loan, payment ,insurance etc.)
- Be responsible for regular housekeeping (Local policies in Share point, master data review conducted by GBS, etc.)
- Ensure compliance with local, group treasury policy, Control Navigator. Identify the potential risk, highlight to Line Manager, and propose for the solutions.

- Bachelor's degree in: Economy, International Finance, Accounting or similar.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in a global FMCG or similar dynamic operating environment
- Business English proficiency
- Capable to understand and analyze impacts of business decisions on financial results.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills.
- Communication skills, organizational skills, ability to prioritize.
- Proactive and willing to contribute to continuous development

- Experience with Microsoft Office, Excel, SAP, BI reporting
- GBS Finance, Global Treasury Team in Malaysia and Europe.
