Job Description:- Work place: Bac Ninh office, Yen Phong Industrial Park, Bac Ninh- Directly contact with customers and contact with other logistics service providers (LSP) for export & import shipments (booking, customs clearance, trucking, track &t race report, etc). Make tracking report to customers.- Key in shipment's information on system and doing other assign job related to system.- Make debit note to customers for customs clearance or settlement- Receive and check quotation, debit notes from other logistics service providers (LSP)- Report to managers when requested.Requirement- Fresher graduate from Logistics or SCM major or at least 1 year of working experience at the same role- Good at communication and writing in both Vietnamese and English- Able to communicate clear and concise instruction in a professional manner- Good problem solving and decision making skills
