- Plan, develop, launch, and optimize end-to-end performance marketing campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads (Search & Display), SEO, SEM, and Email Marketing.
- Manage full-funnel strategies including awareness, consideration, conversion, and retention campaigns.
- Conduct audience research, segmentation, custom/lookalike audience building, and precise targeting to maximize efficiency.
- Produce and optimize ads copy on each channel to enhance campaign effectiveness
- Set up and maintain robust tracking infrastructure using Google Tag Manager (GTM), Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Meta Pixel, Google Ads Conversion Tracking, and server-side tagging where applicable.
- Implement event tracking, enhanced conversions, cross-device attribution, and accurate ROI measurement.
- Build and automate custom dashboards & reports (in Looker Studio) for real-time performance monitoring and stakeholder reporting.
- Perform continuous A/B testing and multivariate testing on creatives, landing pages, ad copy, and user flows.
- Drive Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) initiatives to improve landing page performance and overall funnel efficiency.
- Analyze campaign data to identify insights, optimize bidding strategies, budget allocation, and creative performance.
- Design and automate customer journeys using email marketing platforms (e.g., Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or similar).
- Build automated workflows for lead nurturing, retargeting, and post-purchase campaigns.
- Leverage AI tools to support content generation, predictive analytics, and workflow automation.
- Execute on-page and technical SEO for best practices, keyword research, and content optimization to improve organic visibility.
- Collaborate with content and design teams to create high-converting assets that align with paid and organic strategies.
- Deliver weekly/monthly performance reports with clear insights and actionable recommendations.
- Monitor key metrics: ROAS, CPA, CAC, LTV, conversion rate, CTR, and attribution across channels.
- 2–4+ years of hands-on experience in performance digital marketing, preferably in e-commerce, SaaS, or lead-generation businesses or Tech products, B2B companies.
- Proven track record of managing profitable multi-channel campaigns with measurable ROI improvement.
- Advanced proficiency in: Google Ads (Search, Performance Max, Display), Meta Ads Manager (including Advantage+ campaigns), Google Analytics 4 (GA4) – events, explorations, audiences, attribution, Google Tag Manager (GTM) – tags, triggers, variables, server-side, Looker / Looker Studio – building automated dashboards and custom visualizations
- Strong experience with marketing automation tools and workflows.
- Solid knowledge of SEO/SEM tools (Google Search Console, Keyword Planner, SEMrush, Ahrefs).
- Experience with Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) and landing page testing tools (e.g., Google Optimize, VWO, or similar).
- Familiarity with AI-powered marketing tools for content, analytics, or bidding.
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS, JavaScript for tracking/debugging is a plus.
- Experience with additional platforms: TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, or email tools
- Good to English (written and spoken) required for campaign copy, reporting, and potential international collaboration.
