- Lead a team of 4-12 resources responsible for the daily processing of different transaction and product-based requests.
- Responsible for the development of team members and their capability
- Joint ownership of delivering service standards amongst the work streams.
- Proactively manage risk, meeting all policy and compliance requirements, controls and processes pertinent to role.
- Manage the customer experience, ensuring the controlled and efficient delivery of required products and services in conjunction with effective stakeholder engagement and communications
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders, ensuring business partners in sales, product and operations are proactively engaged when required to ensure successful outcomes
- Responsible for SLA monitoring and influencing
- Follow all standards of work instructions as relevant to deliver on transactional banking products.
- Apply the sun-down rule – get back to customers by the end of the day with a resolution or with an update on when their query will be resolved
- Managing of AOM/Workware for the functioning team.
- Ability to step in and assist with BAU work requests.
- Confidence in cross-functional collaboration.
- Time management skill.
- Fosters teamwork and collaboration
- Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills and good application of other Microsoft Office Packages.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English).
