The role involves designing and delivering tailored language training that strengthens speaking, listening, presentation skills and writing skills for daily business communication.This role will be specifically aligned to the English Academy of Talent Learning Culture Team. However, assistance may be required in other parts of People & Culture Department.A. Main ResponsibilitiesTraining deliveryDeliver engaging, learner-centred English training sessions (online or onsite) for individuals and groupsFacilitate lessons focused on workplace communication: meetings, presentations, workplace conversations, email writing and cross-functional collaborationSupport learners in improving pronunciation, fluency, and confidenceTraining design & developmentAssess learners’ language proficiency and communication needsDesign customized training content based on job roles, departments, and business requirementsDevelop learning materials, activities, and real-work scenarios to improve practical applicationCoaching & supportProvide one-on-one coaching sessions for employees needing targeted support (e.g., presentations, interviews, leadership communication)Give constructive feedback to help learners track progress and set learning goalsLearning progress and outcome managementMaintain training records, attendance, and learning progress reportsCollaborate with team leaders and stakeholders to align training outcomes with organizational goalsEvaluate training effectiveness and recommend program improvementsOther supporting tasksRun the English club, including planning themes, creating content, facilitating discussions, and driving participationSupport company-wide English activities, such as workshops, speaking contests and communication campaignsConduct speaking conpetency evaluations for for fresher recruitment programsSupport other P&C teams in reviewing and editing internal documents and English communications to ensure clarity, accuracy and consistencyPerform other tasks as assigned by your People Leader and/or authorized representative of NAB Vietnam from time to timeB. Qualification RequirementsBachelor’s degree in English, Education, Linguistics, TESOL, or a related fieldTESOL/TEFL/CELTA certification (preferred)5 years of experience in corporate training or adult ESL teachingStrong command of English (near-native proficiency)Experience delivering training in multinational or tech environments is an advantageExcellent communication and facilitation skillsAbility to design engaging and practical training materialsStrong understanding of business communication and workplace cultureAdaptability to different learning styles and professional backgroundsGood time management and organizational skillsFlexible hours to accommodate various teams’ schedulesC.
