Job Description :
  • Maintain and build up long-term relationships with key partners across diversified categories in F&B, FMCG, lifestyles, government affairs etc., ensuring continuous alignment and collaboration.
  • Develop and execute partnership strategies that align with the company's objective and growth plans.
  • Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements to ensure mutually beneficial.
  • Collaborate with key partners in co-marketing efforts in terms of planning and execution to grow their business on ShopeeFood.
  • Manage stakeholders as other Marketing teams, Business Development team and Operations team to deliver the best result for campaigns/activities.
  • Monitor real time, alert stakeholders and take immediate actions in case of any issues that may affect campaign KPIs and Customer Experience.
  • Plan and manage campaigns with an out-of-the-box and can-do attitude to create case studies while bringing satisfaction to brands.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to the leadership team based on market analysis and partner feedback.
  • Engage and motivate team members. Develop a high-performing environment by setting clear and ambitious team goals, supporting and challenging the team to meet and exceed their goals and empowering them to prioritize meaningful breakthroughs.
  • Proficiency in managing multi-channel sales strategies, evaluating the campaign results and calculating benefits to company, partners and customers.
  • Analyzing data and providing reports to the Manager.
  • Solve the problems regarding contracts, debts etc.
  • Hunting new accounts for an expansion pool of customers
Requirements :Must have
  • At least 5 years of experience in Partnership/ Account Management/ Business Development/ Strategy Consulting or related role.
  • Critical thinking, multitasking and creative thinking.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in executing brands' marketing budget and reporting.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple partners and projects simultaneously.
  • Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Team player, positive attitude and eager to learn.
  • Leadership & coach skills.
  • Proficiency in Office: Excel, PowerPoint
