Job Description :
  • Define, track, and evaluate core business metrics, and socializing decision-support tools (dashboards, reports, and self-serve analytics).
  • Partner closely with senior Marketing stakeholders (CRM, Growth, Campaign) to conduct deep-dive analyses and provide actionable insights to support informed decision-making and drive business growth and efficiency.
  • Lead regular business performance communication to stakeholders, clearly explaining key trends, underlying drivers, and implications to enable strategic and timely decisions across Shopee Vietnam.
  • Oversee end-to-end business performance across monetization, cost efficiency, and growth opportunities; take ownership of KPI tracking, target setting, and planning for assigned functions.
  • Support multiple business functions through the development, automation, and ongoing maintenance of management and performance reports.
Requirements :
  • At least 5 years of experience in Business Intelligence or Data Analytics role with proven business impacts in ecommerce industry or digital user growth or digital marketing
  • Strong analytical thinking, problems solving, able to break complex and ambiguous problems into small and addressable pieces
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define the right metrics to describe the state of the business - both on a macro-level and a micro-level
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt with high velocity of change
  • Strong experience in SQL
  • Experience in e-commerce logistics, especially familiar with launching new things
  • Familiarity with Python is a plus
  • Proven experience managing a small team (3-4 members)
