Then read on.About the RolePosition: Analyst, Reporting & AdministrationReport to: Manager, Customer Retention EffectivenessLocation: Ho Chi MinhFunction: Customer Office and Technology | Department: Customer OfficeType: Individual ContributorTHE OPPORTUNITY:
  • Take responsibility to provide performance tracking report and calculate compensation/ contests for Retention agents and staffs in order to support the effectiveness of premium collection business and other related services
  • Take responsible for the administration for Retention agents per their agent cycle with CCR department
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:I. Compensation calculation (45%):
  • Monthly/ Quarterly/ Yearly calculate the premium collection and other related retention business results to cross-check with Retention compensation checker to ensure providing correct calculation
  • Cooperate with relevant internal departments PIC such as DSComp and FIN Biz Partner and FIN Operations to ensure the payment process for Retention agents and staffs properly and promptly
  • Consolidate all allowances and other related expenses from Retention agents to process along with their monthly compensation cycle
  • Provide calculation and seek for checking to finalize the result per ad-hoc contest per approved Memo
  • Involve in system development and enhancement following approved scheme/incentives or when having issues
II. Reporting & Data Analyst (45%):
  • Acquire retention data from primary or secondary data sources
  • Analyze & identify trends or patterns for simple reports as assigned
  • Interpret data and analyze results using statistical techniques to provide ongoing reports
  • Ensure to provide reports and proposals or estimation based on data quickly and exactly as a data analyst.
  • Involve in as a team member to develop and implement databases, data collection systems, data analytics and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality
  • Prepare simple document and/or presentation related to the job
III. Administration (10%):
  • Take responsibility of support Regional Managers and Team Leaders in term of administration to onboard new Retention agents and/or to support current existing agents and/or to exit the terminated ones
  • Support some other nationwide admin tasks following line manager’s request
  • Work with management to prioritize business and information needs
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics / Economics / Finance / Business Administration / IT / Computer Science / Information Management / Statistics
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in similar role (life insurance is preferred) in which 1-2 year of compensation calculation experience required
  • Experience in compensation calculation and renewal collection business will be a plus
  • Ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to details and accuracies
  • Practical experience with SQL and data, Business Analyst, Accounting and Reporting
