- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 1-2 years of experience in an electronics or industrial manufacturing environment (experience in power-related manufacturing is an advantage).
- Hands-on experience with process analysis tools such as cycle time studies, takt time, and workflow optimization.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D), MS Office, and other industrial engineering tools.
- Strong communication skills, with fluent spoken and written English.
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing methodologies, including 5S, VSM, SMED, TPM, and pull systems.
- Strong problem-solving and teamwork skills, with a proactive and cost-conscious mindset.
- Develop and optimize manufacturing processes for new and existing products, ensuring efficiency and compliance with quality standards.
- Prepare work instructions, standard operating documents, and production specifications to support smooth shop floor execution.
- Conduct time studies, line balancing, and cycle time analysis to improve workflow and eliminate bottlenecks.
- Work with tooling, jigs, and fixtures to improve process reliability and assembly performance.
- Partner with production teams to resolve daily issues and implement corrective actions.
- Train operators and supervisors on new products, processes, and equipment.
- Drive lean manufacturing projects focused on waste elimination, cost reduction, and productivity gains.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to support product design for manufacturability and ensure smooth production ramp-up.
- Lead or contribute to improvement projects related to safety, 5S, quality, and efficiency.
