Service Engineer

• Manage and follow up with customers, projects, and contracts regarding service and technical matters.
• Interpret and comprehend inquiries, technical data, layouts, and flow sheets.
• Review drawings for accuracy and completeness.
• Possess knowledge of machinery in the feed and biomass manufacturing sector.
• Prepare reports on service visits.

• Travel to customer sites to provide services and follow up.
• Support the VN engineering team and customers during the installation and commissioning of ANDRITZ machinery/equipment.
• Report visit status/results to the Manager regarding the service of installation and commissioning.

• Bachelor of Engineering or equivalent in Electrical Engineering with some knowledge in Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a related industry.

• Andritz-oriented mindset.
• Customer service-oriented attitude.
• Proficient written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Flexibility to adapt to various needs and workloads.
• Hardworking, proactive, and personable demeanor.
