- Overview:
- Strategically planning the optimal utilization of borrowed capital to meet the capital requirements of the Parent Company and its Subsidiaries.
- Identifying, analyzing, procuring, and selecting suitable sources of investment capital to maximize efficiency in capital investment.
- Responsibilities:
- Analyzing financial market data and forecasting the Company's financial status to propose measures for enhancing business efficiency.
- Managing and overseeing the centralized capital pool of the entire Group, including preparing reports and analyzing interest rate data to facilitate internal fundraising and lending.
- Monitoring the execution of credit agreements to ensure timely disbursement of funds for projects.
- Supervising collateral assets to ensure their effective management and utilization of capital.
- Managing bank loans and guarantees to ensure efficient utilization of borrowed capital.
- Effectively managing the budget and monitoring bank loans for optimal utilization of borrowed capital.
- Qualifications/Experience:
- Holds a degree in Finance/Banking from a University.
- Preference for professional certifications such as ACCA, CPA, CFA, etc.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in finance, credit, or banking sectors, with a preference for experience in the Real Estate industry.
- Advanced Skills:
- Demonstrates comprehensive knowledge of finance, banking, and related policies.
- Proficient in credit regulations and borrowing procedures.
- Well-versed in the financial-credit market and the real estate industry.
