- Identify, evaluate, and establish relationships with reliable suppliers and vendors for materials, equipment, and services in the chemical and food production sectors. Collecting customer quotation requests.
- Prepare and process purchase orders, negotiate prices, terms, and contracts to secure the best value while ensuring quality and compliance with project requirements. Provided technical consultations to customers to help them choose the right solutions for their needs.
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, contracts, and supplier performance, ensuring compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Work closely with project managers, engineers, and other departments to align procurement activities with project timelines and specifications.

- Graduated from College or above, majoring in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, or related field)
- 2-3 years experience in a similar position.
- Proven experience in procurement, preferably in the EPC sector or related industries.
- Good command of English (listening, speaking, reading, writing)
- Proficient in MS Office, Word, Excel, etc.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Dynamic, enthusiastic, honest, friendly, and responsible for the assigned tasks.
