The Industrial Engineer Manager will be responsible for productivity, process, and quality improvement activities. Moreover, the Manager is also capable of building and developing talents within the IE Team.The IE Manager will be responsible for the following activities:
  • Prepare the IE library, benchmark, SOP for process efficiency and productivity improvement.
  • Maintain and update the best practice benchmark library.
  • Develop and implement lean manufacturing processes.
  • Drive the team to perform with efficiency, cost-effective, resources, system development objectives.
  • Lead and oversee the production lines setup, streamline production process, and ensure the productivity and quality standard meet or exceed the management's expectation.
  • Work closely with related departments on to new technology application to manufacturing.
  • Tracks productivity metrics for continuous improvement.
One of the biggest apparel manufactures is looking for an IE ManagerA senior IE having minimum 5 years experience with woven productsThe ideal candidates are whom having:
  • At least 3 year's experience as a senior IE in apparel manufacturing industry is a must
  • Solid knowledge in woven products
  • Proven track records in Lean Manufacturing/ Six Sigma implementation
  • Hands-on with capacity planning at factory level.
  • People management and supervising experience across geographical area.
