- Own the Tailormade Sales P&L: revenue, margin, productivity, cost-to-serve and incentive ROI.
- Set the sales plan: targets, KPIs and execution rhythms that lift conversion and profitability.
- Lead through leaders: coach and develop Tailormade Team Leaders, build succession and raise the standard.
- Resource to demand: capacity planning, hiring plans, roster design and productivity improvements.
- Build capability at scale: onboarding, coaching, training frameworks and destination/product depth.
- Remove barriers to sale: partner with Product, Operations, Finance, Technology and Marketing to fix friction points.
- Improve systems and ways of working: strengthen CRM/ERP usage, reporting, enquiry workflows and sales enablement.
- Proven experience delivering sales growth + margin outcomes in a fast-paced, service-led environment (travel/tourism advantageous).
- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop leaders (Team Leaders / supervisors) and lift performance across multiple teams.
- Strong commercial instincts: comfortable owning targets, managing cost drivers, and using data to prioritise.
- Clear, confident communicator who can align cross-functional stakeholders and drive outcomes.
